Ralf Langen is an experienced consultant in the field of strategy development and an expert at implementing programs for sustainable change in companies and organizations with a focus on communications, management, and culture.
In his more than 20 years of professional experience, he has supported executive management teams, leadership teams, heads of project teams and steering committees, as well as change agents and promoters as a consultant, trainer, and implementer.
He regularly takes on project management tasks directly at the companies themselves.

Claudia Boesewetter is Ralf Langen’s experienced assistant and also manages office operations for the consultancy.
Stephanie Rank works as a consultant and researcher. During her sociology studies at LMU University in Munich, she majored in economic and organizational sociology while minoring in economics and business administration. During her studies, she was active in the field of communications consulting. Her graduate thesis focused on the relationship between consultant networks and their impact on a consultant’s project success.
The psychologist works for cc:langen in research and consulting. After his studies in Vienna and accompanying work experience in company health management and training, he specialized in change management. In addition, his interest lies in development of diversity and resilience. His main focus and further education (amongst others in theme-centred interaction after Ruth Cohn) is in the field of business psychology and organizational development.
Franziska Wienss works as an associate consultant and project manager. After qualifying as a management assistant for marketing communication and obtaining a degree in business administration, she was responsible for corporate communication and supported strategic realignment at an IT service provider. Furthermore, she received a BA in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from the Berlin University of the Arts, specializing in strategic communication and organizational development. Her bachelor thesis focused on strategic communications in contexts of sustainability and post-growth economy.
Matthias Winkler works as a consultant and researcher. He studied Political Science together with the secondary subjects history and law at LMU University in Munich. In addition to his studies he worked in change communications and completed internships at several research institutes. In his graduate thesis he worked on the mechanisms used by EU-member states to find a common position with diverging preferences.
