Ralf Langen is an experienced consultant in the field of strategy development and an expert at implementing programs for sustainable change in companies and organizations with a focus on communications, management, and culture.

In his more than 20 years of professional experience, he has supported executive management teams, leadership teams, heads of project teams and steering committees, as well as change agents and promoters as a consultant, trainer, and implementer.

He regularly takes on project management tasks directly at the companies themselves.
Ralf Langen is a member of the European Centre for Reputation Studies (ECRS).

Claudia Boesewetter is Ralf Langen’s experienced assistant and also manages office operations for the consultancy.

Corinna Broser


Corinna Broser ist systemische Beraterin, Coach und Moderatorin und berät und begleitet Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in Unternehmen und Organisationen in Veränderungsprozessen.

Mit fünfzehn Jahren Berufserfahrung als Beraterin und Führungskraft in der Kommunikationsbranche bietet Corinna Broser im Bereich der Organisationsentwicklung sowie der systemischen Beratung fundierte Kenntnisse in Konzeption, Umsetzung und Erfolgskontrolle von nachhaltigen Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.

Ihre Kernthemen im systemischen Business Coaching sind Führungskompetenz und -kultur; Rollen und Persönlichkeit, Konfliktlösung und Teamentwicklung, Zeitmanagement und Achtsamkeit, Executive Coaching und Coaching von Einzelpersonen und Teams.

Analytisch-strukturelles Vorgehen bei der systemischen Beratung liegen Ihr dabei ebenso am Herzen, wie auch die direkte Arbeit mit den beteiligten Menschen.

Stephanie Rank


As qualified sociologist, Stephanie Rank advises companies on all areas of internal communication. Her main areas of expertise are corporate culture, strategy and change, and she designs, develops and implements sustainable and effective communication measures within this content framework. For Stephanie, the integration of engagement initiatives (e.g. play and dialog-based activities) is a key part of this work. Her agile project-management methods ensure a structured approach and generate free space for creative thinking.
Stephanie is particularly interested in the mutual interaction between individuals and organizational structures, and she is keen to find optimal solutions for customers in this ever-changing context.

Jakob Ritzkat


The psychologist works for cc:langen in research and consulting. After his studies in Vienna and accompanying work experience in company health management and training, he specialized in change management. In addition, his interest lies in development of diversity and resilience. His main focus and further education (amongst others in theme-centred interaction after Ruth Cohn) is in the field of business psychology and organizational development.

Franziska Wienß


Working closely with our owner, Franziska Wienss accompanies as consultant and project manager our clients in strategic communication during change projects. She develops communication concepts on topics such as CEO changes, merger & acquisitions or the development of a new corporate culture. To ensure an efficient implementation she uses methods from Agile change and project management, but also from Theme-Centered Interaction.

For almost ten years, Franziska Wienss has been working on the subject of change, enabling her to study it in a wide variety of formats, which she can now utilize in her everyday practice - for example, at events for 100 to 1,000 participants, learning by the hero’s journey, with Serious Gaming, with help of visual storytelling or in building Change Agent Communities.

Matthias Winkler


Matthias Winkler works as a consultant and researcher. He studied Political Science together with the secondary subjects history and law at LMU University in Munich. In addition to his studies he worked in change communications and completed internships at several research institutes. In his graduate thesis he worked on the mechanisms used by EU-member states to find a common position with diverging preferences.

Anne Wenzek

Anne Wenzek


Since May 2016 Anne Wenzek has been working with cc:langen – specifically in the fields of consultancy and research. Before joining the Munich change consulting, she has worked in Berlin as a freelance communications consultant for five years, extensively for the federal government. Wrapping up another five years of professional experience, Anne Wenzek worked in press and communications offices, e.g. for the European Parliament, NGOs, agencies, associations and public broadcasting stations. As PR and marketing manager she accounted the international communications of a German software developer and, in 2009/ 2010, the internal and external communications around its merger into the GL Group (today DNV GL).

During her study of Communication in Social and Economic Contexts at the Berlin University of the Arts she majored in audio-visual communications and strategic communications planning. In 2008/ 2009 she consecutively studied economics and fiscal policy, policy analysis and public management at the Hertie School of Governance including reward-oriented behavioral change models like performance-related pay.

Carlos Peiniger

Juan-Carlos Peiniger


Juan-Carlos Peiniger ist bei cc:langen aktiv in Projektmanagement, Konzeption und Research. Mit seinem Schwerpunkt auf Corporate Communications betreut er Projekte der internen Kommunikation, die vor allem die Führungskräftekommunikation beinhalten. Grundlage hierfür ist seine Ausbildung und langjährige Tätigkeit bei national und international ausgerichteten PR Agenturen, sowie das Studium der Geschichts- und Sozialwissenschaften. Erweitert wird sein Beraterprofil durch seinen professionellen Hintergrund im Kulturmanagement (Contemporary Art und klassische Musik).
