Holger Lappe

After nearly 18 years of working in daily editorial offices, the trained journalist Holger Lappe moved on, first, to an international full-service agency, where he then specialized in corporate storytelling, crisis communication and media training. With this background, at cc:langen he realizes creative and challenging editorial projects for internal communications – from employee magazines in both print and digital edition, to podcast series for internal communication channels. In doing so, he identifies relevant content even in complex subject areas and translates it into target group-oriented words.
He always focuses on the diverse information needs of employees in large companies – one of the proven key factors for successful change processes.

Stephanie Rank

As qualified sociologist, Stephanie Rank advises companies on all areas of internal communication. Her main areas of expertise are corporate culture, strategy and change, and she designs, develops and implements sustainable and effective communication measures within this content framework. For Stephanie, the integration of engagement initiatives (e.g. play and dialog-based activities) is a key part of this work. Her agile project-management methods ensure a structured approach and generate free space for creative thinking.
Stephanie is particularly interested in the mutual interaction between individuals and organizational structures, and she is keen to find optimal solutions for customers in this ever-changing context.

To ensure an efficient implementation she uses methods from Agile change and project management, but also from Theme-Centered Interaction.

For almost ten years, Franziska Wienss has been working on the subject of change, enabling her to study it in a wide variety of formats, which she can now utilize in her everyday practice - for example, at events for 100 to 1,000 participants, learning by the hero’s journey, with Serious Gaming, with help of visual storytelling or in building Change Agent Communities.
